Surprised that tablets are rarely used in the purchase funnel on the go? Not so surprising when you consider 9 out of 10 tablet owners prefer wifi to 3G. Smartphones are more likely to be connected to 3G, and perhaps tablet owners don't want to shop over insecure wireless networks.
Considering many report tablet conversion rates to be the same or higher than desktop, ignore your mobile strategy at your own peril.
